Meet the Leadership Team
Bruce Dunson
Chairman & CEO
Dr. Bruce Dunson is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PRIDE Automation, Inc. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s entire operations. PAI is a wholly owned subsidiary of TRACLabs, Inc., of which Dr. Dunson is the President and Chairman of the Board. He is also a Founder and President of both Metrica, Inc., which is a majority owner of TRACLabs, and Metrica Relocations+ Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Metrica. Dr. Dunson earned both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University. He has over 40 years’ experience in overseeing the operations of Metrica and its subsidiaries, in managing and conducting research in the area of applied microeconomics, and in the analysis of data using statistical methods.
David Kortenkamp
Chief Technology Officer
David brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer at PRIDE Automation. With a distinguished background as President and CEO of TRACLabs Inc., and currently CTO of the same, David has been instrumental in leading technological advancements in the company. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, complemented by a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. David's tenure with PRIDE Automation spans 12 years, and he has dedicated 30 years to TRACLabs. His significant achievements include inventing the PRIDE software system, for which he holds US Patent #10013266, a pivotal innovation in procedural automation. Outside the office, David enjoys running and traveling, activities that fuel his passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Vince Ward joined PRIDE Automation two years ago after being a PRIDE customer for 6 years. He has implemented a proactive automation management model that reduced support ticket volume by 35% and customer churn by 15%, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and retention. Outside the office, Vince enjoys family time, biking, hiking, and reading, continuously broadening his expertise in customer relations.
